The F-150 XLT has a 3.3-liter V6 engine that generates up to 290 horsepower and 265 pound-feet of torque. This is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. If desired, the XLT can be equipped with one of the optional engines for the F-150, including a 5.0-liter V8 that will pump out 400 horsepower and 410 pound-feet of torque. If you stick with rear-wheel drive, your F-150 XLT will have drive modes such as Sport, Tow/Haul, Trail, and Slippery to choose from near Aston, PA. Instead, opting for a four-wheel-drive version will mean gaining Mud/Rut and Deep Snow/Sand drive modes.
